Brand Funnel

The Brand Funnel describes the consumer's journey through progressive stages of engagement with a brand: from simple awareness of its existence to active loyalty and recommendation.

Typical stages: Awareness → Familiarity → Consideration → Trial → Current Usage → Preference.

Funnel analysis identifies at which stages there are the largest drops (conversion gaps) and allows prioritizing the most effective marketing actions to improve progression. For example, if a brand has high consideration but low trial, the issue may be in distribution or pricing.
